Little House Technologies

The Situation

Little House Technologies is a virtual bookkeeping and accounting firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and beyond. When its founder brought in Above All Admin, the business was growing — but the operational structure underneath it hadn't grown with it. Despite having support in place, the founder was still doing the majority of the administrative work personally, leaving little room for the actual bookkeeping and accounting work the business was built to do. Without a real task or email management system, incoming client requests were falling through the cracks, and the business had reached the point of turning away new work.

What We Did

Above All Admin started by reviewing how work actually moved through the business day to day — not assuming what needed fixing, but identifying where time was genuinely being spent versus where it should be. From there, the work centred on bringing the business's systems into one connected structure, building out a real hiring and onboarding process so the founder could finally delegate with confidence, and introducing regular team check-ins to keep everyone accountable and aligned. Rather than pausing the business to overhaul everything at once, changes were introduced in phases — allowing Little House Technologies to keep serving clients while the foundation underneath it was rebuilt.

The Outcome

The founder stopped carrying the business alone. With systems finally working together and a real team in place, Little House Technologies no longer had to turn away new business — and the relationship with Above All Admin continued well beyond the initial engagement, with ongoing check-ins to support the business's continued growth.

This kind of ground-up rebuild — systems, workflows, and team structure working together — is exactly what the Operations & Client Experience Reset and Overhaul are built to deliver.
