Above All Admin Support Services was founded by Tovey Blake, an Edmonton-based Operations & Client Experience Consultant with over 20 years of progressive professional experience helping business owners build the structure their vision deserves. As an operations consultant for small businesses across Canada, Tovey works virtually with clients wherever they're based.
How Above All Admin Got Started
Above All Admin started small, in 2015 while Tovey was still working full-time and building something on the side, in the hours most people spend resting, because she believed there was a better way to run a business than constantly reacting to whatever was on fire.
By 2021, after more than 20 years of progressive professional experience, the business had grown enough that Tovey stepped away from corporate work entirely. That wasn't the original goal it was simply where doing the work with intention eventually led.
What she learned building it and what she's seen since, working inside dozens of businesses is that the difference between a business that feels like chaos and one that feels sustainable almost never comes down to effort. It comes down to structure.
