Terms of Service

AboveAllAdmin (AAA) Support Services

This website is operated by Above All Admin Support Services, operating as AboveAllAdmin ("AAA", "we", "us", or "our"). AAA offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site (collectively, the "Service"), to you ("you", the "user"), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, prospective clients, current clients, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

These Terms primarily govern your use of this website. If you engage AAA for paid consulting or operations services, that engagement is governed by your signed proposal or service agreement, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms as described in Section 18.

Section 1: Website Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.

You may not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, and, where applicable, termination of any active service engagement in accordance with the terms of your signed proposal or service agreement.

Section 2: General Conditions

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any prospective client, or to discontinue services to an existing client, for any lawful reason, subject to the terms of any active written agreement between us.

Information transmitted over the internet may pass through third-party networks and systems. While we use reasonable safeguards to protect information transmitted through our website, no method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission.

Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 3: Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Material on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making business, financial, or operational decisions. Any reliance on material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain historical information, provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time but have no obligation to update it. You are responsible for monitoring changes to our site.

Section 4: Modifications to Services and Fees

Fees for our consulting services, packages, and engagements are set out in individual proposals or service agreements and are subject to change for new engagements without notice.

Fees for an active, signed engagement will only change in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice, including the website and general service descriptions published on it.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, fee change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except as set out in a signed service agreement.

Section 5: Services

Our services are engagement-based consulting and operations support (for example, Operations & Client Experience Reset and Overhaul engagements), delivered under the terms of an individual proposal or signed service agreement, which will govern scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for that engagement.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the availability of our services to any person, industry, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to decline any prospective engagement at our discretion.

All descriptions of services and service pricing published on this site are subject to change at any time without notice.

We do not warrant that any service, deliverable, or outcome will meet expectations beyond what is expressly set out in a signed service agreement.

Section 6: Accuracy of Client and Billing Information

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement at our discretion, subject to the terms of any signed agreement already in place.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and account information in connection with any inquiry, proposal, or engagement.

You agree to promptly update this information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete invoicing and communicate with you as needed.

In the event we need to make a change to a proposal, invoice, or engagement, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you have provided.

Section 7: Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (for example, scheduling, payment, or file-sharing platforms) over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.

Scheduling for consultations is provided through a third-party booking platform (Acuity). Your use of that platform is subject to Acuity's own terms and privacy policy. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show terms for a scheduled consultation will be communicated at the time of booking or in your service agreement.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsement of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use of optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion, and you should review the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

Section 8: Third-Party Links

Certain content available via our Service may include materials from or links to third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of, and do not warrant or have liability for, any third-party materials or websites.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of any third-party website, resource, or service linked from our site. Please review the relevant third party's own policies before engaging with them.

Section 9: Client Feedback and Testimonials

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other submissions (“comments”), whether requested or unrequested, we may use general or anonymized feedback for internal business improvement purposes. We will obtain your consent before publicly using your name, business name, likeness, or an identifiable testimonial in our marketing materials, on our website, or in other public communications. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You agree that your comments will not violate any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any comments you submit.

Section 10: Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, branding, downloadable resources, frameworks, methodologies, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Above All Admin Support Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Content for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works from any Content, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Content to you. Deliverables provided under a signed service agreement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that agreement.

Section 11: Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 12: Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to service descriptions, pricing, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the site except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date on the site should be taken to indicate that all information has been modified or updated.

Section 13: Prohibited Use

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any applicable regulations or laws; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate based on any protected characteristic; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track others' personal information without consent; (i) to spam, phish, or scrape the site; (j) for any obscene or improper purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any prohibited use.

Section 14: Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from general use of the website will be accurate or reliable.

The Service and all information delivered through it are, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Above All Admin Support Services (operating as AboveAllAdmin), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or general information on it, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement. Because some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 15: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAA and its officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Section 16: Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 17: Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination of this agreement.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. If we believe, in our sole judgment, that you have failed to comply with any term of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Service, without affecting the terms of any separate, active service agreement.

Section 18: Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site and any active service agreements between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and services, superseding any prior agreements or communications regarding the site.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and a signed proposal or service agreement between you and AAA, the signed proposal or service agreement will govern with respect to the applicable client engagement.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 19: Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.

Section 20: Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 21: Contact Information
